Do not deal with
This is the worst property and Landlord I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. She could care less about laws and ethics. She will return your phone calls or e-mails only if she is in the mood, hates having to make any repairs or perform service on her properties, will speak to you in a demeaning, sarcastic tone, and try to keep your security deposit in the end.
