We have 26 years of real estate experience in both purchasing and selling. Lonny represented my buyer and did not appear to be very good at what I would like to see in a realtor. On the day of closing she performed her walk through with the buyers only to find that there was a miscommunication on what was to be performed as part of the amendments. Why would we not want a successful closing in which all parties are in agreement of fulfilling the amendments?

This was clearly a lack of verbiage and clarity on the amendment in which we had felt we performed all tasks required. We did make concessions which we were not happy with but she was willing to jeopardize the sale because of her lack of being prepared. We feel this could have been clearly rectified if she had been diligent in looking out for her clients needs before closing day.

A crucial skill of a good relator is being clear on details and following up on those details on the buyers behalf. We would not want or accept this kind of representation from our realtor. It does not appear she felt she had to communicate with her clients to be sure everything was in order except a final walk through the day of sale. It was obvious that she felt all that was needed is to go to the closing and showed little to no concern until that time.

We do not recommend Lonny as a professional and feel others should beware of her lack of skills. Please don’t jeopardize your dream home because of the lack of professionalism we feel she represents.
