My wife and I had completed all of the hard work by filtering available land for sale, determining growth areas of San Antonio, finding where the great schools were and physically walking numerous tracts of land ALL before we even contacted Gloria to be our Buyer's Agent.

I informed Gloria that we were prepared to purchase and sent a list of questions concerning the property to here. We hadn't heard from Gloria in over two and a half weeks. I called her today to receive an update and let her know we had been trying to contact her for a while. Her response was a nonchalant, Ok...

She then gave a bunch of excuses about how she doesn't really do real estate anymore and I should find someone else who can help with Raw Land and some of my questions (regarding the land) weren't able to be answered by the listing agent because there wasn't a home on it.

Thanks for wasting a lot of our time. I've got a checkbook and want to close on land that is already identified. Finding an agent to push the papers for their 3% should be the easiest part of the process.
