Ms Naylor's property manager contacted me a year ago to aide her in some plumbing work needed for the sale of a commercial property Ms Naylor is the registered agent of. After numerous attempts to settle the debt to no avail. We filed suit in small claims which she and her partners didn't even dispute and I won. The property was sold 11 months ago and I still haven't received payment for services rendered. Angelique Naylor and her partners are thieves and never intended to pay for the work ordered. I would strongly advise you to hire any persons not affiliated with Ms Naylor or her partners.
