Horrible landlord

Horrible landlord and agent and never good for his word.
Tells you one thing but does another. If you want to have contracts that work better on his terms then yours go with guy.

I highly discourage anyone from using him. Especially on such a big decision such as a house, condo or anything he owns. Just wanted to warn you.
