One of my favorite things I loved about working with Vicky is that she made buying a house a learning experience. She took the time to explain everything to me. When I made my first offer on a house, she sat down with me and explained every single document I signed so it was clear to me what I was signing. She is very thorough, I never felt rushed and she made sure ALL my questions were answered.
I never felt pressured into buying a home which is something I half expected a realtor to do. But the best part was that she was quick to point out problems with houses I expressed interest in. In fact, she would recommend against putting in offers and hold out for something better which I did and now I am in my new home and couldn't be happier! That's something you don't find often, because Realtors are usually just interested in closing the deal and moving on.
I always felt like she gave me honest advice and that I could trust her. She is someone who I would definitely use again, when the time comes.
Her knowledge of the area and expertise aided her ability in targeting my “wish list” and helped me find the absolute most for my budget. She was also very helpful with the entire process of securing the loan and was in contact frequently until she knew everything was taken care of. During the long and tedious process of purchasing a home, Mrs. Vicky was a huge help with explaining the process and communicating with all interested parties.
Above and Beyond best describes the help and support I received over the course of a year before, during and after the purchase.
I can't say enough positive things about her, and if I could give her 10 stars I would! And if I wrote all the things she either did well or went above and beyond on, you would be reading a novel.
I know she might sound too good to be true, but she's the real deal. You would be so fortunate to have Vicky supporting you through these big decisions in your life of buying and/or selling a home. Call her!!
