Exceptional Realtor
Shirley worked with our realtor on negotiating a foreclosure that we saw would be a great fit for our family. Shirley was able to answer our questions and help facilitate negotiation with the bank. Which is immensely appreciated. She made sure that a few minor details were addressed before closing. She was incredibly reachable and imo went above and beyond to help us secure this deal and get to the closing table efficiently. I’d definitely start with Shirley if you are especially interested in local foreclosure homes. In my opinion she deserves a lot more recognition as it seems that the banks don’t bother to leave reviews. Our realtor commented that Shirley was responsive and prompt to her requests and worked well with her to get this deal in the works as there were multiple offers we had to compete with. We feel Shirley did a great job and likely goes above and beyond with each client. She just so happens to work for the banks and she deserves more reviews. We’d definitely recommend her services. And we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again if we are looking at foreclosure properties. Thank you SO much Shirley for all you do!
