HER PROPERTY ON 1110 WESTSHORE DRIVE, RICHARDSON, TX IS ROACH INFESTED. SHE CLEANS IT WHEN YOU VIEW THE PROPERTY BUT AFTER ONE WEEK YOU WILL SEE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. ASK THE OTHER TENANTS NEXT DOOR!! Stay away from Kay. She will do very tricky things. If she gives you a month ahead as "free", don't expect to get your deposit back even when the place is in pristine condition. She is the definition of a liar. Believe me, you will go through a lot of trouble through your term if you sign, she is very cheap and does not repair anything she is supposed to. She just patches everything up. STAY AWAY FROM KAY PAVLIC.
