Renters Beware
I had a horrible experience renting from property manager Sheryl Ferguson. She is very unprofessional and it took month for repairs to occur. There were several repairs that were never made and I could not wait until my lease ended. Renters beware of renting from Micki Carpenter and Sheryl Ferguson.
