Beware
Horrendous. At the beginning of our experiences with her, she displayed unprofessional behavior and unrealistic expectations--asking for large deposits to be shoved under her personal garage door.
In the time since, Joanne has on more than one occasion broken multiple Texas consumer laws, and continues to do so. Buyers beware.
