Lonnie is the BEST realtor I could have ever wished for. She’s the only one I’ve ever had because she handles so many different areas of real estate so well. She single handedly helped me rent my condo out to a tenant, sell that same condo, then helped me buy my first new house (all three had their respective set of challenges to navigate).
When I sold my condo, one of her suggestions alone netted me an extra 8 thousand dollars from the sale. I can’t speak highly enough of this realtor because she does everything she possibly can for her clients, if you’re fortunate enough to work with Lonnie rest assured she’ll do all she can for you and more. Oh and she also helped my girlfriend find, negotiate, and purchase her dream home in Balcones Heights! Definitely giver her a call, she comes very highly recommended!
