Thomas Lanzen is essentially, a waste of air. I moved in to one of his properties at, he had 3 weeks to get it move-in ready. I even agreed to let him work on the unit while we occupied it. Two months passed and I had, no front lock, no bathroom door, about a two foot hole on my bedroom wall, no back door (the door was nailed on), no bathroom light (he gave us a heat lamp to plug in/out and hung it to the towel rack), a two inch crack on our bathroom wall, tile pieces missing on our kitchen floor and bathroom and I have 4 electrical outlets in my entire apartment I can use! He refuses to fix my electrical because he doesn't want to pay for permits. And he has this weird obsession with drug addicts. He claims to be helping them sober up, by providing them with a rent free home on his property but he's out partying with them until 1am. They smoke pot in our backyard and drink beer all night long. I read a comment someplace else about him walking around naked, not quite but almost. I'm sorry but, I don't want to look out my window to some 70 year old's saggy tits. He's unprofessional on so many levels! I think he does too many drugs.. TOO MANY DRUGS!
