He will claim stuff like this on his web site,
Lamar is consistently in the top performers of his office as well as all his peers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Lamar has been awarded the coveted D Magazine Best Realtor ranking as well as the 5 Star Real Estate Agent as recognized in Texas Monthly magazine.
However he will will break ethical practices to get this done and get his money. for example he will slow play the execution of a contract with false claims of not receiving the signatures when there is evidence of them being signed 4 times!! to allow time for another contract to form, so that he will not lose $100. Lamar will claim he is looking out for the best interest of his clients, but it will be at the expense of the seller unethically.
I understand sales and business, but I will never cheat people or lie to do it.
I wish for no one else to have to work with such unethical people, and am very sorry to the very hard, honest, ethical working Realtors that will get bad names because of jerks like this.
