If you use her to sell your home, be prepared that her initial presentation paints a picture of flexibility and support of you and your needs. That all changes after you sign. Sandra wants to make the decisions regarding the sale of your home and will not be bothered supporting you with the details. If you disagree, she will insist that she knows best. Her primary goal is to sell your house, for her and her numbers, not for you. The details and what they cost you means very little to your representative. That said, our goal was to sell the house and the house is sold.
