I have lived in a property owned by Brent Tidwell for the past year and have never been more displeased with a place. Brent should not be allowed to be responsible for homes or maintaining them. He was never available to take my phone calls, or return them for that matter. Brent was aware of a mouse problem I had at his house and told me to set traps. It's been over six months and I'm still setting traps, and catching mice daily. He refuses to come lend a hand with getting this under control or hire an exterminator. I do not recommend ANY of his properties, or him, if you are needing a place to stay in Lubbock. Things will not be taken care of and he will not be reachable.
