Issues across the board.
While the house was in decent shape when I moved in, it became more and more evident over time how many corners were cut in terms of the condition of the house. Holes in closets were common passage for mice to enter and exit the entirety of the year i was staying here. A strong rain brought out Ticks which infested my dog and literally climbed up my walls and onto my ceiling. He is nearly impossible to get on the line, hope you dont mind waiting nearly four hours for a call-back if you leave him a voicemail. For the amount I'm paying in rent, I should be getting so much more.
