Very Poor appraiser
Do not hire this person if you want an accurate home appraisal? He made several basic mistakes on an appraisal of our home that ending up costing us a lot of money. When we pointed out the mistakes to him he told us we would have to take that information to the bank ourselves and try to correct the problem. He made no effort to correct the mistakes he made.
