Incompetent and Dishonest
Appraised my house despite not knowing my neighborhood. Rather than perform a competent analysis quickly threw together some outdated "comps" and made an appraisal that he should be embarrassed to have signed his name to. Discussed it with him and he indicated that if I sent some additional comps that he would adjust his appraisal. He did not in the face of recent comps some more than 10% above his appraisal.

Do not ever use this guy. Ever. If the bank sends him to your house, send him packing. What a Joke
