She left to go overseas from February through the end of March without letting us know and is still not back - we had to find out from the other maintenance crew. She did not put anyone in charge during her absence, nor did she respond to a single email or phone call while away- her phone was not accepting voice mail.
Since December she has not responded or acknowledged our complaints concerning possible mold, leaking water, garbage disposal backing up and overflowing, excessive roach infestations, and a leaking toilet.
