Rude, Unethical, Careless
Chesney Coker doesn't care about his tennants and judges them based on there economical background. He is rude and hires make shift repair men to fix problems in your home. Anything to make that extra $1. Thats all they care about is the money. I have asked for the owners informtion but, he laughed in my face and refused to give it to me. He left me with a huge hole in my ceiling from water damage for almost a month and I have 3 children under the age of 10 in my home. This is unacceptable. You have to make numerous attempts to have him fix anything. So, if you have a choice...DO NOT rent anything they manage. You will regret it.
