If you want a part time Realtor that gives less than 1/4 of your time, then Kim is for you!
We have had Kim as our Realtor for 3 weeks. In the 3 weeks, we had to go get the sign and lock box, she never did a walk through, and she never found one house for us to look at! We had to do all the work! Also, we only had 2 showings for our house! It was getting so frustrating!
So, with that said, we had to cancel the contract!
