James Delagarza of First Premier Realty is a crook. I rented a house of his and even the neighbors warned me of him after I moved in. He had swindled several tenants before me and after I am sure. He uses his key to entry on the property without or 15 min. warning, he tries to blame you for everything, tried to make me pay for foundation repairs. Little did he know I knew my tenants rights. He does not even upkeep his property like it should be, tries to make tenants pay for everything even items that the owner should "maintan" and tries to throw court costs and threats in your face when you try to leave after your contract has expired. I highly suggest anyone to look for other rental properties or Realtors that will treat them with respect and not as a dollar amount.
