Second Wrost Realtor I've Seen
Dave and his team are terrible. Besides being ineffective in selling my home, his demeanor was just plain unprofessional to the point where his team had my daughter in law in tears berating her over the phone because of something she didn't even do! They forgot they work for me but no more. Within a month of getting rid of Dave my house sold through Debbie Knox. Don't ever, ever use Dave Folsom or his team for anything but a bad example.
