Probably doesn't have time for you
I asked her if she could rebate a portion of her commission and she agreed verbally with the caveat that she would have to talk to her broker. She contacted me and said her broker wouldn't allow the amount agreed on and I never heard from her even after several attempts to contact her. Finally I spoke with her today and she said she was too busy for me and that I should find someone else. When I look for a real estate agent it is so important to me that they have the highest level of integrity and ethics and Dianne Chamberlain does not meet that level.
