Mike was recommended to me by a Realtor friend as he specializes in Galveston real estate. Little did I know that I would want to keep Mike and Joyce as my Realtors forever! I have never dealt with Realtors as professional as Mike and Joyce Stemmer, and I have dealt with a lot of Realtors. Mike and Joyce research the properties and answer all of my questions promptly. They have come to know me to the point that they anticipate my questions and have answers for me before I even ask! Communication with these guys is beyond extraordinary. I have called Mike after business hours and he has called me on holidays to give me updates. Joyce replies to my e-mails right away, even late at night. As I am using Mike and Joyce as buyers agents, they give me their honest, valued opinions on property condition, price, etc., even if it means losing a sale. They keep up with contract conditions, and make sure the conditions are being met by both parties. I absolute love working with Mike and Joyce Stemmer. You will not find a better Realtor.
