Was in NO way impressed with this realtor. Won't work with her ever again nor would I refer her to my worst enemy. Better off rolling the dice as a for sale by owner or non represented buyer. It will save you money and you will do the same amount of work. Go with Julia Durdin-Ownes if you need a working realtor in the Baytown area.
