Very Dissatisfied customer!!!
The most terrible customer service!!! I've always heard keller Williams will accept anybody with a real estate license, and unfortunately I had to learn the hard way! Besides rules and guidelines, and being by the book, apparently morals are not something they teach their realtors, and agents. Don't get scammed by JEAN GRUBB, or any of this offices agents under her! You will highly regret it!!! I've never written an online review in my life, and this process was handled so poorly, I will make sure everybody knows, and doesn't experience what we did!!! Hopefully this company raises their standards, or they will be out of business! I'm in customer service as we'll, so I tend to give ppl in the industry a break, but this was so ridiculous, I don't know how businesses can train their ppl like this!!!
