Worst home buying experience Ive ever had. Extremely unprofessional and takes days to return calls or emails. I would highly recommend avoiding the agent if possible.

In my 25 years of owning my own companies I have never seen a more disappointing display of professionalism or should I say lack of!! It takes DAYS to get a returned phone call or email and if you do get one its late at night. When final closing came he called to see when we were closing and then never heard from him for a week. After our close we had to wait almost 24 hours to even access our new home because we couldn't get in touch with him to take the keys. A true professional would have them at title for the close.
I know in some instances you will be stuck working with Cody if he represents a property, but if you are able to avoid him I would certainly recommend you do.
It was the worst home buying experience I've ever had all because of Cody!

Cody is one of the most unprofessional people I have one across in both my professional and personal experiences. It has a whole bunch of things to say, promising a lot. However its all words and no action. He talks about his professionalism but instead showed me a complete lack of that. I was supposed to work with him to sell my current home and but another one. We talked about dates to list, he shared with me his time frame and set an expectation. After that, there was nothing but issues and change of promises. His final lack of professionalism was to send me an email the evening before we were suppose to meet to sign the paperwork and have his stager, photographer, etc meet to tell me that is would be in my best interest to find another Realtor. This was a week after I told him I would like to use him and 4 days before my listing was supposed to go live on MLS.

It would be my strong suggestion to run if you are thinking of using him. He may appear knowledgeable but it is all a whole bunch of meanless word.
