Very unprofessional.....
Susie Paschal, my husband and I went to see one of her properties here in San Antonio. She asked us to meet her there at a certain time we got there she was not there she had her young son open up the house for us to view it. She did not show up and on top of that had another couple view the house the same exact time we were inside. We liked the house and we had to ask her son how Dover apply he only gave us her number to call. Immediately after we were leaving the property we called her no answer got home called her no answer, that night same thing, so the next day i called on my phone and she answered and told us someone's application was being processed. She never called us and told us this information and she was just inconsiderate and unprofessional she needs to do a better job at costumer service and professionalism because this was so wrong in so many ways......

I would not recommend anyone to Susie Pascual. She doesn't answer any phone calls and the one time she did, she made me feel like I was bothering her. I showed interest in a property for rent and she did nothing to help me. She also didn't take the time to show me the house and had the nerve to text me (not call me back) and ask if I can get someone else to show me because she didn't have time. When I asked if she can refer someone, I never got a response. I wish I new the homeowner that hired her to let them know what a poor job she is doing.
