Review of Sean Richey Assist2sell

I hired Sean Richey because his reviews online were excellent and I had known him personally for a few years. Our first encounter was through text because he does not answer his phone. You get a message saying leave a message or text. When he returned my text, he asked when would be a good time to meet to discuss the sale of my houses. I said I\'m available all day Thursday or Friday. his response was, OK, i\'ll meet you at 1030 Tuesday..that was the first red flag! many more followed, but i had already signed the contract. He would say he\'d come by to leave me important documents then he wouldn\'t show up and he wouldn\'t let me know he wasn\'t going to. I had to harass him for information because he wouldn\'t let me know what was going on. His lack of professionalism was a big disappointment and I\'m beginning to think all the great reviews he got were from relatives. Never again!
