Davenport and Wiggins was founded as a partnership
in February of 1932 by Howard H. Davenport Jr., and Harvey W. Wiggins. For many years they practiced property management,
leasing, insurance, and sales. Within this site is a little bit of history of the founders, the company, and the Dallas
Central Business District.
Announced in the February 7, 1932 "Dallas Times Herald", Davenport
and Wiggins was originally formed as a partnership by Howard H. Davenport Jr, and Harvey W. Wiggins (TREC License #0001202). They provided over 40 years of service in property property management, leasing, and sales to the
Dallas Central Business District.
