Mr. Doyle is a nice guy when you are moving in. When you give him your 30 day notice and, move out hes totally different. We paid a deposit on his rent house on tads lane and, he left the house clean as possible. We even tried to get mr.doyle to do a walk through before we gave him the keys and, he refused. He just said leave the keys and garage door opener and you will get your deposit back. He sends my wife a email insulting her and, saying how bad his house looked. He said we didnt clean on the dryer duct, and clean were you put fabric softner on the washer. Then he says he has to replace the carpet and, the carpet is black and look horrible when we moved in.. now, he will not return calls or emails.. his name is doyle a hardin....
