Reactive and not Proactive Agent

Desiree came to our property with a possible tenant to show. The prospective tenant came on time and Desiree was 30 mins late and did not provide update to her client. We were able to work with tenant directly with lease while Desiree would react very late to emails that she was copied in on.
Would not recommend to others.
