Yes shame on me. I moved to Tennessee and my wife set every thing up with this guy. No signed contract so he burned us bad and caused us to have to just let our home go. He lied to us about why the tenant wanted to by the house but could not. Still to this date we have not received the last three months rent checks. It takes him weeks sometimes to respond to voicemails and text messages. He will claim he did not get message or he mailed the checks but no proof. In my opinion I would never refer, suggest, or recommend this company or agent to anyone I know and tell my story to everyone who will listen to me.
