Ms. McKay poor organization skills is very evident. She makes promises that never delivers, including houses in a very poor condition. I have to complaint with the Attorney General of Texas and the BBB of El Paso, TX. I had to write to Carlos Mena, the Owner...and still wating for a response:
I'm sending a letter of complaint to Gregg Abbot, Texas Attorney General to mention the conditions the house was given to me after I was promised that repairs and cleaning was going to be done before I moved in. The Broker, Belinda, promised me a compensation of 3 day reduction on my 2nd monthly rent and as of today I have NOT received the money. Also, I'm really tired of the constant harassment from Belinda. It's obvious that she is not very organized; she seems to forget her promises and does NOT keep track of my payments. I have never missed a payment, including the two part deposit. I'm also sending pictures showing the condition the house was given to me. It was dirty and uninhabitable. I called her and her response was that she was going to send people to clean it. Even your employees were disgusted by the conditions the house was given to me. The employees mentions to me that that's the way Belinda operates. If needed, I will have them go to talk to the judge by court order. I don't want more calls and letters from Belinda. It's obvious that she doesn't know how to treat your clients. I'm paying for a service, so I want her to leave me alone!!! I spoke to you and your son about renting the house, so I want her to stay away from me. I'm a very busy person but, as soon as I have the first opportunity I will take care of this insults and harassment.
